Professional profile

Dr. Seitlová graduated from doctoral studies in Psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc. Since 2002 she has been working in the area of human resources and since 2006 has been teaching managerial courses and teambuilding programmes. She is works at the Department of Psychology and at the Department of Applied Economics of Palacký University in Olomouc. At the Department of Psychology she also works as a coordinator of foreign studies and fellowships. In 2009-2012 she participated as co-researcher in ESF projects “Innovation and development of psychology studies at Palacký University in Olomouc”. Currently she cooperates on projects as “Application of development potencial” or “Education modularization in management and psychology at PU”. Since 2011 she has been the Vice-Dean in charge of Study and Social Affairs at the Philosophical Faculty, Palacký University Olomouc.

In the long term Dr. Klára Seitlová is specialising in the area of work and organizational psychology with specialization in the team work (in connection with the attachment theory; psychodiagnostic tools or usage of the experience pedagogy) and virtual environment (communication via web 2.0; new forms of communication; on-line education). In 2012 she successfully defended her thesis “The Role of Courses in Making and Developing the Relations in the Work Environment”. She is the accredited specialist in model of organizational culture by G.Hofsted and B.Waisfisz, in Hogen’s diagnostics, in team roles by M.Belbin, in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre and in lean management. She is an accredited coach for Integrative coaching. Currently she is taking part in the Gestalt in the working environment. She is also professionally interested in project management (accreditation PRINCE2® Foundation), in which she actively publishes.
