This project aims to increase the carrier opportunities of university graduates on the labour market through innovation of current subjects and creation of new ones in a field of managerial education. These subjects will be intended for all the students of all study programs at the university. The content of newly created and innovated subjects will be focused on the acquirement of managerial skills which can enable students to gain key competences required by employers. All the subjects are conceived in a way that the obtained competences won´t be related only to the study subject of a given graduate, but it should be about general managerial skills required by employers. These subjects will be offered as facultative courses and will be opened for all the students at the university.
This is a strategic project, on the university level – it emphasises the mutual cooperation of individual university departments, transfer of know-how from the universities abroad and diversification of competences for students of various disciplines.
